Whilst some of the designs are nice the quality is not that fantastic. The pricing is my biggest area of concern. I have two boys, the cost of items for my 12 year old is the same as the price charged for my 3 year old. I am unaware of any other store that does this-not even the Designers at Debenhams -Ted Baker, Jasper Conran etc. I will think twice before buying some items and consider other equally good options! Come on Zara sort this out, you need to be realistic about what people will... (read more)

I have two kids and love this brand, they have lovely childrens designs,I also think they are value for money, they have new ranges all the times which makes it worth while popping in there more often.
100% satisfaction with quality and price from me. (read more)

Without going into great detail I find Zara Kids childrens clothing very small, not appropriately sized for labelling. My daughter is just two and a t shirt aged 3-4 doesn't fit her and my daughter is below average weight for her age. In my experience Zara seem to have absolutely no commitment to customer service or dealing with potential issues.
