Good Points: They were the cheapest quote.The actual components of the window (Synseal) appear to be good quality.

Bad Points: Left the job half finished!Often failed to return phone calls, but were quick to contact me when they wanted paying for an unfinished job!When they agreed to come out & repair, they booked a time but then didn't turn up!

General comments: Window was fitted in September 2007, Warwickshire Window Company were the lowest quote and the windows looked good. They said the job would be done in a day!Most of it was, but the window wasn't rendered back in at the top, so water came through, and lots of it! After numerous phone calls & promises to come out & repair I finished the job off myself.Since then there have been problems with the window shutting. The seal doesn't meet up all the way round and a considerable draft comes through. They've already been out twice to attempt a repair, but it's only got worse. When they agree to come out & repair, they don't give you a time in advance. Today they called at 3.30 and I agreed to leave work early so as someone could come at 4.30. No one turned up!My advice: don't be swayed by the low prices, or helpful sales reps, once they had my money I felt it was a different story!
