    Good Points: Having read all the reviews it was with much apprehension when we set of for Manchester airport to catch our flight to Monistar. On arrival we proceeded directly to the check in desk and were booked in almost immiediately. When I inquired about any delays I was informed that there would be a half hour delay and that the plane was in the air! We arrived at Monistar on time. The return journey was delayed by 30 minutes so all in all.
    Everything went very well. The duty free service was okay and the flight crew were very helpful.


    Bad Points: The aircraft were dated and there wasn't any screens or music. The food was chicken and pasta outbound and beef and pasta on the return flight, it was tepid on both occasions. Tea was served without milk.


    General comments: Maybe we were lucky on this occasion,l the flight is very basic but it is only for three and a quarter hours so take a book or a pack of cards and take some sandwiches with you to pass on the time.

    We had an 8 hour delay, when we got on board my seat was broken, it was in the laid back position all the time, much to the annoyance of the people behind, and mine was not the only one. Some had broken arm rests, several had frayed seat belts. The food on board was inedible. Overall a miserable flight.

    Had the most terrifying landing of my life last week with Kathargo on my return flight. The descent was so fast my stomach was in my mouth at times. As the plane hurtled towards the runway it felt like it swerved and hit the tarmac with such a jolt that I screamed. I'll NEVER fly Kathargo again, the airline and planes do not feel safe.

    I have just returned from Tunisia flying Monastir- Manchester with Karthago and can safely say that I will never fly with them again. The two hour delay on the way out was nothing compared to the nearly 10 hour delay on the way back. A brief apology was made when we were finally on board but no explanation offered other than that "they'd had a really bad week". What made the experience even worse was the misleading or complete lack of information about what was happening and no obvious presence ...
