    Booked parking with Parkstansted then cancelled because parking arrangements had been changed by them, was promised a full refund within 10days. Still waiting for refund after 2 months.Getting no response from email or phone. Address and email on website does not excist

    Very prompt efficient service from Park Stansted. No hanging about at either end. Was worried about this company having read several poor reviews after booking a few weeks ago. Just got back and have no complaints at all.

    Informed only hours before flying from Stansted the pre-booked "Meet and Greet" service (inclusive of parking) was not available due to unforseen circumstances. Told to use alternative parking at Stansted Airport and that a full refund would be made upon return. Pink Elephant was used to much inconvenience to myself.Now two parking fees had been incurred - i.e. for Pink Elephant and Park Stansted

    I recommend anyone travelling to Stansted Airport to use this Company they are friendly helpful and could not do enough for us having children in tow.
    Travelled with other repeat customers who have used them for years and had great comments to say about them also.

    I have e-mailed this company who did not reply but claim not to have received them despite me having a message stating when it was displayed on their computer.
    I telephoned them and they said they would look into it.
    Gave them my bank details again and they promised to refund money owed. It is now three weeks later. I have sent them two e-mails to two different displayed addresses but have not received a reply from either of them.
