Do not buy from havaianas.com. Despite having stores all over the UKthese people make you return a £20 product to Italy at your cost, £30! Forget it, there is no effective return policy from them and they don't care.

I use havaianas from 2004. year never have problems BUT form last year the quality is so LOW LOW LOW they brake in less than 2 months of use. and already saw in Brasil a lot of reclamations. the Firm rais prices and reduce quality.
