“Love Love LOVE!”

I have found the cherry to do anything I need for me and my little one. It is so light weight and easy to push. Felis has so much room, he had lots of room in the carrycot, he was in that till he was 5 1/2 months and then moved to the seat - he is now coming up for 1 1/2 years and he loves that he can look at the world going by but I have to admit I sometimes turn him to face me :) I would recommend the icandy cherry. I've had my Cherry for two years now. It's well built and made to last so even though it costs more than most, it should last for more than one child. The carrycot is a very good size and doubles up as a moses basket/over night bed. The only downsides to it are that it's heavy so not the easiest to lift on and off the wheels and that the mattress is very firm. The seat is good. “Terrible Quality”

We brought the iCandy cherry for our first and the wheel broke. Although they changed the design probably due to the design fault we were just out of warranty so were charged for the new axle and wheels. The new wheels have fallen of twice. The last time was in the centre of town with loads of Christmas shopping – you can imagine. Instead of sending new wheels we have to send the entire push chair back to them first. We really love our iCandy cherry. Its light, feels lovely to push, looks good and fold up easily. Our only complaint is that after 1year it developed a fault with the chassis. We took it back to where we bought it (House of Baby, Bedfordshire) and it's so far taken 5 weeks and counting... The delay is caused by iCandy not having the part in stock. The repair is free under the warranty but we find a delay of this length unacceptable. (read more)

We bought our iCandy Cherry in berry Blue nearly 2 yrs ago and I absolutely love it. I Keep thinking of putting it away for 'number 2' but just carry on using it. My little one has always been comfortable in both the carrycot and the pushchair seat. Its easy to fold and light to manouvre even with one hand and a good sized shopping basket, big enough for a changing bag, but also love being able to put a long handled bag on handle bar, and it doesnt slip off the foam. would definately... We wanted a *luxury* stroller that didn't come with a top-end price and so eventually settled on the Cherry. And have to say, other than the odd wear and tear we've been more than happy with ours. The Mrs gets a lot of pleasure from using it around town and the kudos of an icandy from other mums - plus in practical use, it is lightweight (as most will probably say) but for what we need - a city stroller, this is ideal! Starting at the top, with the carrycot, it is a good size and has lasted me for longer than any I've owned with my first child. My son is almost 5 months old now and still fits in it, which is good as the seat unit is from 6 months onwards. The carrycot is a bit on the heavy side and I have some issues lifting it on & off the wheels and carrying it indoors but I manage and I'm not the strongest of people. I am using my Icandy cherry for my second child, I hardly every used it with my 1st as I just didn't feel t was robust enough for long walks and the rain cover is a poor fit for the pushchair especially in windy weather. The pushchair does have some good points;
It is very light and easily manouverable
It folds up easily and is small, it fitted in my Polo boot which is very small
My baby looks very comfortabe in it
The car seat can attach to the frame which is great for quick trips out of...

We bought the iCandy Cherry complete with pram body and foot muff just before our little one arrived. The pram body was somewhat stiff to remove, but tolerable, and seemed comfortable for the first six months. This pram is very light and easy to push, although you should be aware that it's very bulky when folded so takes up a lot of room in the car.

Completely satisfied with my cherry. It's convenient and light. Lack of suspension was not a problem at all since it rides smoothly. I even took it out to the forest like park and it rode fine along the paths. The only drawback I can think of is that the carry cot is quite small. But this is on purpose since cherry is compact. For a bit baby the carry cot will probably last till 4 months and then the baby can go in the sitting chair (Quinny has the same issue btw). Great buy! (read more)

I bought the icandy cherry with carry cot, pushchair and maxi cosi car seat (adaptors required). I bought it because it looked like a traditional pram and loved the colour. Ideal for small babies who need to lie flat, we used it as our baby's bed for the first few weeks. Being able to use the base with car seat made it very versitile. Good storage space underneath. We bought the icandy Cherry in Liquorice & Black. My daughter is now 5 months old and we have just moved her into the stroller attachment. The whole system is super sturdy whilst being practical to use & is easy to fold (it is also really compact when folded - it fits into my VW Polo boot which is tiny!!). We have been using our iCandy cherry for 10 months now and we are thoroughly cheesed off with it and iCandy. In principle it is a great system. Unfortunately it is built so badly it just hasn't stood the test of time.
The first set of rear wheels and the rear axle wore out in about 4 months. The pushchair was sent back to iCandy, it took 4 weeks for them to decide to replace the wheels & axle.
The second set of wheels and rear axle have now worn out. The wheels no longer fit on the axle...

I bought the complete icandy cherry travel system back in May for my newborn daughter.
I bought the whole thing including maxi cosi car seat, car seat adaptors, chassis, carrycot, seat unit, two rain covers and matching changing bag. I chose the mulberry colour and just got the car seat in black. I have since purchased the parasol and footmuff also. Buying a pushchair was the most difficult purchase we made before our baby, due to the fact that I am 5ft 2 and a bit of a weakling, so although I wanted a travel system, most on the market were far too bulky and heavy for me to lift. We also live on the second floor (no lift) and I take public transport often so it had to be lightweight but durable. We opted for the special edition as we loved its union jack inspiration and were then surprised at what great value it was as it came as a package, including amongst other things their stunning changing bag (never thought i'd say that about one but it really is). I have the ICandy Cherry in Purple. I did tons of research before buying this travel system and I am really pleased with it. I bought it because it is light-weight compared to most travel systems and it is compatible with a maxi-cosi car seat. This fits directly to the frame with two simple, quick adapters. I have used this feature a lot and I am glad it does not clip to the pushchair part as I have heard this can wear the seat.

Very light, can carry frame with one hand easily, steers really well, folds easily, seat comes off in a second to make the folded pram tiny, finish is top end, fabrics strong yet plush, dark colour purple very practical, runs on all surfaces without problem, 2 year warranty, takes the maxi cosi car seat - baby transport sorted. I undertook extensive research on what pram to buy whilst I was pregnant. Given that it was the most expensive item we would be purchasing I wanted to ensure we bought a pram that we liked but more importantly that was practical. I'd read so many reviews where people had regretted their decision and I did not want to make the same mistake. I originally brought this as I thought we would still be living in a 1st floor flat and wanted the lightest thing on the market, also only have a small Peugot so needed it to fit in the boot. My daughter is now 1 and haven't had any issues with this.
Steering is easy and light, (better than my sisters Quinny) so simply to close and erect. Comfortable for baby and cosy with the footmuff on.

Brilliant travel system that ticks all the boxes for me. I needed a travel system with a decent carry cot. I needed an easy fold light-weight stoller that is good on public transport. I need the seat unit to face me and away from me and that took the Maxi Cosi Pebble car seat- for those short journeys. I needed it to be good value for money and look good- we went for the blue one. We purchased the Icandy Cherry last year after much deliberation and were initially very pleased with it. However, after only 6 months use we now find that the pushchair has two major faults. The front wheels do not turn properly which makes steering very difficult and the pushchair no longer stays in an upright position. I did extensive research into travel systems and wanted something very light, nice to look at and very easy to steer & manouver. So many people have huge unecessary bulky prams for little babies! icandy cherry, really light, really easy to fold. Cot was ideal until the seat was needed when my son was 5 months old. It's about 8 months old now and still seems very solid, stable and strong. It came with a two year warrenty. The fabric is wearing well dispite the fact I bought the beige colour last summer. We bought the Cherry in Feb 2009, and I've not had a problem with it once, in fact I'd still recommend it to anyone - it seems to the most lightweight one of its kind - the Maxi Cosi car seat fits with it, and although our little girl grew out of the carry cot at about 4/5 months, the pushchair part of it was fine from that age in the recline position and she'd just started lifting her head up off the carrycot anyway as she was getting bored!

A fantastic pushchair but the carrycot was a little small to last 6 months and one of the front wheels fell off even though I pushed it down the kerbs by the rear wheels first, as recommended by the manufacturer. Easy to use and my son is very happy as he can sit facing me or outwards. A bit of a pain to get the car seat off the frame but you soon get used it. I bought a John Lewis mulberry cherry in mid summer, they had been selling these for a only a short time but they suggested this over the bee as it was larger, better built, can take a carry cot, had a really large basket (and we need every bit of space we can get at times) and was somewhat cheaper. Their advise has proved spot on, it's tough, easy to fold, pushes well too and the fabric looks good after 7 months. I haven't seen anything else I would rather have bought since. Full marks to... The cherry has been just great for us, the cot lasted until our baby reached just over 6 months, she so happy in the seat now. My mum can fold and carry the pram at her flat so she's ok with it too. Mid blue colour looks great, the shopping basket is bigger than any other we saw - only down side is the handle is not ajustable but not sure we'd want it any higher anyway. (read more)

Brillant. I have a Berry blue iCandy Cherry and love it. Debated between the Bee and the Cherry and a chap in John Lewis told me the Cherry was better and the aftersales was very good. The price was great and I simply love the colour. It moves very well and is very easy to lift up and down stairs. Carry cot is also very light. Trying to find the price online is hard but then again they are not everywhere. (read more)

the icandy cherry is a fantastic pram/travel system. it was the lightest i could find. really easy to get on public transport. pushchair attachment faces both ways and reclines flat. brilliant steering - you can use one hand. big shopping basket. only small niggle would be the lack of different colours. other than that absolutely love it. has most of the features of a bugaboo but considerably cheaper. We bought the iCandy Cherry because it seems to be the only buggy that does 'everything' and is also extremely light. Not only does it allow baby to face Mum or Dad (rearwards), it also fits the Maxi Cosi car seat, and the carrycot option is a proper lie-flat cot. The chassis only weighs about 5 kilos too. To my knowledge it is the only system that does all that, and is also that light. great value for money. It is also extremely easy to steer and very stable. (read more)

The ICANDY Cherry stroller that I purchased in Aug 2008 has had 2 major faults. In Feb 2008 the back wheels caved in - the chassis couldn't be parted from the main push chair so an attempt at a repair was made. In May 2008 the front wheel casing broke and I candy are trying to charge me for the repair and even £25 to return the unrepaired stroller back to me. I have found them most unhelpful and am glaad to see that I am not the only comsumer experiencing this type of fault with the product... (read more)

As a first time mum it is hard to know what travel system to opt for, especially when icandy do not stock in places like mothercare its all too easy to but more brands like graco, quinny or bugaboo. I would 100% reccomend icandy, in particular the cherry, it is adaptable to the maxi cosi cabriofix seat and having lots of new mums as friends all with different makes of travel system i definately think mine is the best!!

The iCandy Cherry is light wight, so user friendly. fantastic carry cot, fantastic chair seat, massive shopping basket, really easy to steer, faces forward or backwards, very easy to change seat around, i'll often do so mid walk if my daughter falls asleep and i want to keep an eye on her. Compatable with maxi cosi car seat as long as you buy adapter (approx £10). I bought the iCandy Cherry plus accessories and Carrycot from an independent retailer in Shirley, Southampton. For the first four months, my daughter slept in the carrycot and this was lightweight and easy to put on and remove from the chassis without waking her! Used the chassis with Maxi Cosi car seat and found this a really great. The seat unit looks extremely comfortable and my daughter loved being in it! iCandy Cherry is fabulous for backwards facing esp when you have a child with eczema and need to stop them itching, lightweight..steer with one hand so the other can have a cup of tea on the go!, easily foldable and quick, fits into buses and small places much more easily than other prams, loved using the maxi cosi with and adapters with it because when baby is asleep we could take her in and out the car without fuss, pushchair has 2 lying positions and one seated position.. great.. not all... I have been using my icandy cherry for 14months and i love it, very light weight, i love to shop and this system is perfect for that, easy to manouvre in and around the shops unlike my friends quinny with those huge back wheels. and it holds tons of shopping again unlike the quinny. i used the carry cot when my daughter was tiny and it was just like having her bed on wheels she loved it. and she enjoys the choice of forward or rearward facing in the pushchair i recomend the cosytoes as it is... I was debating between the Bugaboo Bee and the iCandy Cherry as I was looking for something really light. I did like the Bee but I found it very difficult to change the seat unit around. I did want a Carry cot and asked John Lewis why they did not stock the iCandy Cherry. They told me it is coming to them early next year as they had to wait until they had space before taking it in. Poor quality dangerous product. Just the sheer amount of bad reviews to be found online speaks for itself! We have had 3 chassis in 12 months due to wheels falling off. Now we have a seat unit that drops backwards constantly. iCandy are refusing to deal with this complaint and have charged us £45 for a new seat frame even thougth this is a common fault. A rude company that really do not care about providing any aftersales service for a substandard product. (read more)

For the first few months of using it, I felt it was like pushing a supermarket trolley with a mind of its own. I persevered with it for too long and nearly tipped the baby out of the pram.
