We booked with the internet traveller for a skiing holiday to Borovets, everything was included fantastic hotel, good instruction and nice resort. Well what can I say....... how about..... simply the best holiday EVER!!!! Our trip to Thailand is easily the best holiday we have had and we cannot thank 'the internet traveller' team enough. The package that they put together for us was simply superb, all the hotels were excellent, the flights were perfect, the transfers worked like a dream and the bonus trips were, well, a bonus!! we were sent an itinerary and a booking reciept and nothing else! On the day of the travel we arrived in barcelona but no one was there to pick us up! We looked up and down the airport for an hour. We tried to call them but apparently they dont work on certain days, we waited 2 hours and we met a person who had the same problem. They hired a car and allowed us to tag along! 3 hrs later we arrived at the hotel, they asked for our tickets ( we did not recieve)!! We could not hire, we could not... (read more)

I’m not usually one for writing reviews but the experience I had booking through The Internet Traveller and our holiday at the Sandals Whitehouse in Jamaica has made me feel I need to make others aware. We booked a 10-night stay at Sandals Whitehouse through The Internet Traveller. It was amazing! The booking process was extremely straight forward and all the staff very knowledgable about the various Sandals resorts in the Caribbean - we told them what sort of holiday we were after and they recommended 2 or 3 of the most suitable destinations to fit our criteria. The internet traveller have been really fantastic. Had a weekend break booked for New York the Friday after hurricane Sandy hit. The guys went above and beyond to help, advise and re-book for a few weeks time. Very very happy and grateful. Everyone book their holidays with these guys they are great!!! “Is anybody else struggling to contact Internet Traveller?”

I was just wondering if anybody has experienced difficulties with internet traveller as i have been ringing them for 2 days and cannot speak to them,and the 2 messages i left have not been answered. I need to pay a balance on a holiday and do not want to be charged late booking fees as i am trying to settle the account. I am wondering if hurricane Sandy has anything to do with it? (read more)

I book a multicentre holiday with my husband and 2 other friends in January 2012 but the very day before our departure of this sought after holiday together, I have been called by my father in Italy to urgently go back there because my mum was dying. My daughter has always wanted to go to Hawaii (she is now 19). I saw the trip on the website and booked last year for end of March this year, for the two of us. We went to New York, Hawaii (Honolulu), then on to Las Vagas. All the flights and shuttles went perfectly, all hotels were expecting us and the rooms were excellent. Just come back from a fantastic holiday in the Dominican Republic booked thru the Internet Traveller. The hotel was brilliant - a 5 star all-inclusive right on the beach. I would recommend this sort of holiday to anyone who just wants to relax and pretty much be waited on hand and foot all day - you don’t have to do anything! Booked a holiday package for my wife and myself comprising flights from UK to Vegas, Vegas to LA, LA to San Francisco, and back home from SF, with stays at Vegas, LA and SF with the addition of a 1 week cruise from LA to two Mexican resorts. The package was extremely good value, the service was excellent (I had to email them from SF to obtain a copy of a transfer voucher & got it back within the hour), and the hotels and the ship were all excellent. We were on a tight budget, but wanted to go to find winter sun. Hugo at the internet traveller suggested Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, and we booked. You are never really sure what you are going to get, but it looked promising and what we wanted. I would say that I am a fairly frequent traveller. I have in the past booked both package holidays with larger companies or I have built my own break finding my own accomodation and flights usually from large well recognised companies.
