    I have previously used Printerinks.com to purchase replacement inkjet cartridges for my Epson DX4450 printer. No problems at all with my first experience, although I did think that the time taken between ordering and actual delivery was a little excesive. My second order with this company has been a totaly different experience. I placed order and money was taken from my Paypal account straight away. One hour later, I recieved an email stating that an item was out of stock. I emailed company to cancel that item. I recieved NO reply. A day later I telephoned company and couldn't get through to their "first class customer services". A week later and several unanswered emails and unsucessful phone calls, I have still not recieved goods. If product is out of order it should be indicated as such on the website, therefore everyone knows where they stand. Because of the shocking if non existant 'customer service' and non delivery of goods I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

    Printerinks have not upheld their promised standards for the replacement etc., of faulty goods. Printerinks.com owe me both ink cartridges and cash. Printerinks were very polite until I discovered just how devious they actually are. Now they ignoring my emails and all for the sake of 3 ink cartridges and £4.50p for postage and phone calls. Printerinks also know that I am an OAP on low income.

    Printer Inks have terrible customer service,after 3 weeks still waiting for a refund on goods ,poor telephone response and various emails have had little or no effect,would never use again

    Printer Inks send out their own brand of cartridge - PI - instead of what was ordered and these give a lot of trouble - eg "printer does not recognise cartridge".

    I ordered a Magenta cartridge for my OKI C9300 from Printer Inks for £138.00, they sent me one with no toner in. Loads of emails complete with pictures of cartridge with a TD sticker on it sent ,no answer same with telephone, had to order from Cartex who quickly supplied 1 £83.95

    Printer Inks is easy to use ordering online, reliable delivery. However, I think there must be one person running this business because it seems as though no one ever responds to anything - I even wanted to replace the returned items and order the correct ones. However after 2 emails, two messages left on answerphone and three ateempts to get through on the "customer service" number I've had no response.
    I have also returned my items with the correct return documentation but no acknowledgement ...

    My ink was always does 7,500 pages for my news letter with priterinks it did not event do 200. Their tec people told me to turn off the computer for 24 hours then turn it on again.... amazing but true over £460 for 200 pages. Now they will not return my calls or emails.

    I ordered from them once and was happy with the service. However a subsequent order never turned up, and they do not reply to my emails or calls. I simply can not get hold of them. I am very concerned I will never get a response or my money back. Therefore do not recommend printerinks.com.

    The ink cartridge I purchased from www.printerinks.com did not work. I was told to send it back, but instead of sending a replacement I had to purchase another cartridge. 8 months later and several phone calls I am still awaiting a refund for the original faulty cartridge.

    I ordered a printer ribbon on 3 July 2008 which I never received. I tried e-mailing and phoning and eventually got through to customer services where an employee acknowledged that the goods had not been delivered and had ended up back in their warehouse. She promised to arrange for a credit to go back on my credit card but this has still not happened as of yet.

    They did not deliver on time in my experience, cannot seem to get through as I have spent 25 mins on 0870 number to be told to leave name - they have already £10 of my money on a phone call. Well recommend printer inks.com
