Good Points: None, really. Everything was hard work with these people. Well, no, to be fair they did pay me my taxi fare to go and collect my car when they had it in for the third time and had no drivers free to deliver it.
Bad Points: Customer service, Poor workmanship.
General comments: Johnsons Volvo of Redditch were recomended by our insurers after an attempted break in on our car.
They didn't offer a courtesy car despite our insurers organising it with them, they then couldn't deliver the courtesy car as they had no drivers. Then when they did return the car I got into it and found the door lock missing (it was lying on the back seat). This left us with a car we couldn't lock and as they took the courtesy car back before I could look at the car, left us with no car to use.
I had to take the car back to them four times as they seemed like it wasn't his problem. Eventually I gave up and took the car to our local Peugeot dealer who at least managed to get the lock to stay in.
The electrics in the door also now no longer work, these were fine before the 'repair' and the door now leaks in the rain. I really wish we had taken the car elsewhere.
