Good Points: I have run and jogged ever since my teens, besides cycling and swimming as well. Glucosamine Sulphate has worked for me as a MIRACLE. Ever since I turned 50 (seven years ago this coming Saturday) I started having an accute pain arround the "Sacrum Area" of my back; I went to my GP who subsequently referred me to several Physiotherapists who did try their best teaching me some exercises but to be hundred percent honest... those exercises made the pain in the Sacrum area worse. I started researching on my own. I found by taking three times a day 600 mg of Glucosamine Sulphate ...the pain is gone. I have to let you know folks that I was at first dissapointed of the price of the Glucosamine Sulphate in the regular health shops and pharmacies in my area (I live in South West London) Until finally, Thanks to God, I found that while the price of this product varies between £7 and £10 pounds per 60 tablets of 600 mgs of Glucosamine Sulphate I discovered that the same Glucosamine Sulphate of 600 mg , 30 tablets for an amazing price of £1.39 at this new chain of stores from Germany currently doing business in the UK which name I can't pronounce well -I don't speak German- but the name of the German Supermarket that sells real good quality Glucosamine Sulphate is LIDL or something like that where the same Glucosamine is much less expensive

Bad Points: The huge price of Glucosamine Sulphate produced or manufactured in our dear U.K.
I have found by trying the combination of GlucosamineSulphate and Chondroitin does not work for me at all

General comments: I have found by my own experience with accute back pain for several years (pain that was not resolved through exercises) that regular intake of Glucosamine Sulphate on a daily basis (three times a day) of 600 mg of the product manufactured by a new German chain of supermarkets in the UK (Lidl) works fantastically well. The back pain is gone. Juan Carlos Rivera

For anyone suffering with joint pain, I would certainly recommend a course of Glucosamine. If buying from Healthydirect, it is always worth checking out some voucher code sites for a money off voucher.
