    General comments: Have been several times, its the most tranquil place you will ever visit and has a unique time gone by atmosphere...I love it....you can walk all over the island and it has one of the loveliest beaches, the old post office is quaint as are the little cottages, there is a chocolate 'factory' where you can see chocolate being made and a shop selling perfume and other items made on the island...it is well worth a walk up the hill to the lighthouse and to sit in the church hall and watch the video about life on the island....a really lovely day out and a very special place. A unique and interesting place...well worth a visit.

    There's a lot to see from ancient Churches to an Ogham Cross. Tea and light food can be had and the little shop run by islanders is full of perfumes, soaps and other wonderful things made by the monks. A truly spiritual place to be and uplifting as well as healing.
