    Ordered taps and a shower, delivery 3 to 5 days = after 8 days received the taps ok but no shower, no communication even after email, called by landline. and eventually got a reply so it's possible I my get my shower in 10 days time - why do the not send an email so I can cancel my plumber and rearrange. Total possible 20 days delivery!!!!!

    Products are okay but if you value after sales service forget it with this lot it does not exist.I was double invoiced in error and getting my money back is a nightmare so my advice is steer clear.

    I would strongly advise against using this company. They gave us bad sales advice and the subsequent customer service has been awful. The staff are unpleasant and rude.

    Do not touch this company with a barge pole, be warned they also trade as truerooms! They were quick to take my money but when it came to a refund it took me 3 months! They do not deliver when they say, their staff are rude and their customer service is non-existent!! They never responded to my emails and their manager Tom never took my calls, I will never use them again and urge anybody else not to either, you will be ripped off!!

    Waited two weeks for my tap, turned up with a dent in the side. It's a shame as the tap is brilliant quality. Their customer service is awful, they said they would get a replacement out in two days, didn't even apologise. I did question why the replacement would be quicker than the original delivery but the guy didn't really care and was just trying to get me off the phone. I'm still waiting and don't hold out much hope. I'm thinking of getting a refund and trying somewhere else now as my p ...

    Promises, Promises, Promises - will be in next day - item not available, had to get my money refunded by Credit Card Chargeback after 10 weeks of chasing and recorded delivery letters.

    I wish I had seen this site before dealing with taps4less, although I am luckier than most in that I have not parted with any money. I have been in the construction industry for 29 years and this is by far the worst managed, run and supported company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. In two weeks they came up with every excuse under the sun for not supplying me a filter tap.     After reading the reviews on this website, I decided not to order from taps4less and found a different internet supplier, truerooms.com. When I had to return an incorrectly specified tap, I got a returns note from taps4less. Beware - taps4less are also trading as truerooms! After agreeing to collect the item, they have failed to turn up or give me a refund. The customer service is poor.

    Waited ages for a shower that never arrived, my bank had to go after them to get the £600.00 we paid them despite us contacting them numerous times. Appalling customer service!

    Have to say wish I had read these reviews before purchasing a basin waste from them. After finding out they had incorrectly listed the product on their site and what I ordered was not what was listed i agreed to a replacement product. I was promised friday then monday then tuesday after this I rang for a refund which apparently is not possible as they SAY they have posted it, so I have to wait for it to arrive then have to pay to return it then wait min of 30 days for a refund.     Good website, and good sales team, but haven't they all. Unfortunately, after receiving the wrong tap, taps4less would not refund the P&P it cost me to return it!

    After leaving some feedback on their website, the Sales Manager contacted me - i was quite impressed. Told him the story, and he agreed to refund the P&P. Then nothing. No replies, no callbacks and no refund, not even for the tap. Been 6 weeks now - very very frustrated.

    I was sent a marble shower tray with a crack down the middle and looked like it had been previously fitted, so likely to be someone else's returned item. Still waiting for promised refund after 3 months. Appalling customer service.

    taps4less sent faulty goods, would not reply to emails. made many phone calls to them and was assured goods would be replaced. goods have not been replaced. you are warned not to deal with this company

    Ordered from taps4less.com and paid in full for a shower---when it didn't turn up after the promised 5-day delivery, I was cut off numerous times when trying to get through on the telephone,(after holding for more than 5 minutes at a time) and when I did eventually get through they were unable to offer me even 1 alternative shower to the one I ordered.     Hydra Professional Kitchen Tap is a fantastic kitchen tap - but be warned it is rather tall. Looks great on my granite top. Bothe delivery and service from taps4less were great

    Could not recommend taps4less.com. The support was as useful as a chocolate fireguard in sorting out this matter. Tried to organize a refund as they could not supply right item and it took 4 months and many phone call to receive refund.

    Got a Hydra Professional Kitchen Tap from Taps4less.com. There was nothing with delivery to identify shower, which cost £200! No booklet, no invoice, no guarentee. Returned immediately have phoned and agreed a full refund as is my legal right. Two months & I'm still waiting despite emails & calls.
    I have complained formally to trading standards.
