    Bought a Fender Volume/Tone Pedal from Stagebeat, the box had already been opened (ripped) and the pedal was obviously used and returned before as it was dirty and has a blemish on the chrome finish, to their credit I did get a quick refund but I had to pay £10:99 to post the pedal back, when I asked if they would refund this as I considered the pedal to be used and not new I came up against a wall of silence, no replies to 3 emails sent.

    Having bought a DD502 drum kit from Stagebeat in Feb 2009, I started to have issues with the cymbal trigger pad which became faulty, this was then sent back and repaired free of charge as you would expect. I then had the same issue with one of the drum trigger pads, again sent pad back and was repaired, I now have a problem with the drum brain module which now switches itself off after a minute or so.     I placed an order with StageBeat for two tom holders on 09/05/09. The advertisement stated "ships in 3-5 days". It's now 01/06/09 and I've only received one item in partial shipment yet their site is still stating ships in 3-5 days!! So it's the old story of advertising stock you don't have and then ordering from the manufacturer when you have a sale on your hands.In the case of YAMAHA products this order process typically takes 3-4 WEEKS!Not good practice, had I known I would have bought elsewh ...

    I ordered a guitar from Stagebeat. Unfortunately it was damaged by the courier during transit and I had to send it back. Stagebeat organised and paid for the return shipment and shipped another guitar as soon as they received the damaged one back. All in all, i was very pleased with my purchase from Stagebeat.

    Perfect - how it should be! Placed an order on Peavey Pro12 speakers, items were in stock, but I'd missed that day's shipping (as it was nearly 5pm I could understand that), but was assured they'd ship the next day; they did, so perfect!Very helpful customer support team, so will be calling back when I can afford some more gear!

    StageBeat stagebeat.co.uk is a good website, easy to find and order. They have a huge and wonderful range on their site. They state "usually delivered in 3 to 4 days" their get out close is USUALLY. I placed a £220 order including a guitar and an amp. Emailed me to say could not deliver the amp for two weeks. I both emailed and phoned to cancel the item out of stock to avoid delay as it was for my sons birthday. I am glad I called again later in the day to check when to expect deliver ...
