    Good Points: Price points are good.


    Bad Points: Unacceptably long lead times (last order is 8 days and counting despite website claim of 3-5 days) on orders and very abrupt response to delivery inquiries. Most of the 'Ingredients' buttons on the website fail to provide any information.
    Failure to advise on 'out-of-stock' items until 7 days after order had been supposedly despatched (so no opportunity to order substitute items).


    General comments: The excuse given for delay in delivery that "it's Christmas" doesn't wash - it's just as close to Christmas for me and I hope never to offer my customers such shoddy service or treat them with such lack of courtesy.

    I contacted yorkshire fragrance and placed an order for £20. I have ordered from them in the past for higher amounts.

    I was taken aback when told MY PAYMENT HAD NOT BEEN TAKEN! - due to a minimum £50 spend. I understand we are all struggling at the moment to sell but I would have thought given Christmas is on it's way and further bigger orders would have been placed with them, they may be a little more relaxed about it. Not to worry other suppliers are out there!

    Waiting for delivery of products now and hope they are here in time. After having problems with soap centre was excited to find this manufacturer and becoming a regular customer now I will have to wait and see if the abrupt nature of emails was just a one off.
