SERVICE IS POOR, CUSTOMER SERVICES IS EXPENSIVE AND NO HELP WHATSOEVER AND PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF THE SITE IS EVEN WORSE!

I have used this site for 2 years now, using the iphone africa caribbean card. Up until 2 weeks ago it always worked fine but on 2 occasions I only got 35 mins where I was meant to get 202 mins. Spent more than what the card costed on the phone to some worthless customer services who never fixed the problem and digicalling cards support does nothing about it! I used to recommend them but NEVER again!

I bought a 3 calling cards from Digicalling cards as a promotion using my credit card for payment.
1) the 3 cards together gave me total of 23 minutes while I should get about 700 minutes ! a week later my credit card was charged by the same company for £98. I tried to call their customer services, but all what I got was " sorry for the inconvenience cause" !! if you want to complain, go to court! I end up cancelling my credit card because of them . BE AWARE.

very bad customer service....doesnt excist at allllll !!1
they are not responsible for a faulty card...!
and the min are not as stated !
just buy cards on the street...much better than digi calling cards !

Digicalling ( Digi calling cards ) are the worst phone cards suppliers.

I submited my credit cards details to but £5 phone card, the company withdraw £ 98 !! when I spoke to their live chat, she/he refused to give me any details about their company, not even a phone number. and guess what ? the number of minutes I should get from this card was 198 , I ended up with only 17 . Yes 17 , then I got this message saying there is no enough fund to continue this call !

I would not recommend anyone to buy any calling cards from the Digi Calling Cards site. You actually get less for your minutes and sometime the access number does not work. Contacting their helpline does not work, speaking to them does not work. Just think how many millions they are making from people. When cards don't work the give you other number that don't work and they will never give a refund.

DigiCallingCards.com versus SKYPE or VOIP The cards don t show the real price and total of minutes. I bought a card for 247 min using 0800 phone but gave me around 25 min, so, I asked the custom service and they said the company charge per connection. I asked why did you not show how much cost the connection charge? The digicard said, we don t know. SO.. absurd, I lost my money. I prefer voip or skype because I can see how much money I have and there is not this cheating sytem about connectio ...

I have been buying phonecards from them for a few years now but I am now getting to the point to do something. Most of the card they advertise have lots of minutes but in most cases they are not true as far as I am concerned. I bought a £5 card recently which said I will get 700 minutes but after 40 mins the call just totally cut off for me. They are very tardy in giving out pins. I have been waiting for over 56mins now and counting to get a pin that was charged for straight away. Their online support is almost always unavailable, there's no contact number, (american voice recording says number unavailable). This company needs to be seriously checked out.

Digi Calling Cards www.digicallingcards.com actually get to make calls worth less than what they say and that is if the access numbers are working. I made a 23minute call using the card but a £23 bill for the same call came up on my land line phone bill.
I bought 6 of these Max Tel cards and they turned out to be a total disaster.
