yesterday, I ordered a top up for mtn South Africa, after reading the FAQ saying the credit would normally be delivered in under a minute. After about 30 minutes, I contacted customer service via their website, and got a very unhelpful individual. All I wanted to know was how long I should expect to wait for the credit to be delivered, and got told "soon", "shortly" and "asap". I was just trying to buy a card from them so i thought i shoud ask customer service about paypal acceptance as i dont feel comfortable in giving my card details . I was told that they accept paypal but after making an account with them there was no option of paypal , i again then logged in via there chat to ask but the advisor logged off and left the room by seeing my question. Bought a card , the website said 115 minutes to my selected destination. I even called the card companies customer service to confirm this. When i used the card , the automated machine even told me 115 minutes. Guess what? I only managed to get like 20-22 minutes. What non-sense. To add , the customer service seems fake to me. They note down your pin ,number and name and promise to call you back after 24 hours but dont actually do it. (read more)

Digicalling cards is not manufacturer, they are resellers, so obviously it is not their fault however did you tried to speak with them, I had same issue in past but they gave me alternative card and sorted it out in professional way.. I am still using this website and it is good. :)

Hi, the message you are mentioning above is nothing to do with the website but the companies who provide the calling cards. It's like buying a can of coke which was off from a corner shop and then saying the corner shop is bad etc, you need to take it up with the service provider, not the reatiler

The minutes they put up on their website for the cards are not what you are paying for!
However, there are certain deals which are reasonable. I purchase £4 cards to call Azerbaijan and they give me about 35 - 45 minutes to landlines. HOWEVER...you will only achieve these minutes from some of the cards if it is one long call. If you hang up and call again you will run out instantly.
Not the best place for cards, just use skype or internet calls software.

I took a punt after looking at the reviews for a £5 calling card from this company as what was advertised i got! I have previously had a bad experience with another company and they charged more for the same card and took them 4 hours to give me the pin number which did not even work due to a lengthly discussion over a 0845 number and eventually finding someone who spke english to finally say "It's out of stock" we can not refund you your money so we will give another similar card.

I at first thought I was recieveing amazing deals using the Telco Xpress card (advertised to give 5000 mins) and Circus card (advertised to give 8223 mins) however after about 3 months I realised the cards were running out sooner than expected. I called the customer service line for both cards - answered by the same person! and he said that I would get 500 for circus and 900 for telco and thats just the way it goes. I bought a Talk home card from them on the 11th, and when I entered the Pin number it kept saying invalid. I tried to call the card Digicallingcards customer support and they confirmed everything was fine and the Pin worked and later found out that my specific issue was due to the fact my Phone did not support touch tone. Well lets put things in perspective. Phonecards dont give you all the minutes that is advertised but it is STILL THE BEST DEAL out there when compared to calling from your mobile or land phone.
I have been using Digicallingcards.com for the past five years and I have never had any major issues. Even the once when my Pin did not work, I got in touch with the agent on the chat and got it sorted within an hour.

they always do that, and give some premium number to call..... they are simply a company with no registration of company. Their registered company is Fresh Internet Ltd which can be seen in invoice for paypoint.

I am so upset, I bought one cobra card from their website last week. First it took ages to be delivered to my email, than on their website they have advertised that it gives about 700 minutes for Africa. My god, what a deception, it ran out of credit within less than 30 minutes.

After i registered and finally bought a calling card, it didn't even give half the minutes as they advertised and the card got expired in just 2 days of first use. I found this review very helpful because...I had a similar experience. I bought phone cards and received no pin. When I complained, I was told my credit card had not been accepted. This was via their online chat. When I threatened to report them because I did not believe what the Customer Service rep said, the rep just vanished offline. I checked with my bank and my card payment HAD gone through, contrary to what Digicalling had claimed. So I asked my bank to block my card. Do NOT buy anything from this company - avoid them.

I read the reviews which were all bad I wish I knew this before purchase. But at least you could log back on or even get PINS for calling cards. I spent £35 on calling cards I have received no PINS and cannot even log back in with the CORRECT log-in details sent to me by email. Always follow your instincts. They are a very suspicious company. 1) the 3 cards together gave me total of 23 minutes while I should get about 700 minutes ! a week later my credit card was charged by the same company for £98. I tried to call their customer services, but all what I got was " sorry for the inconvenience cause" !! if you want to complain, go to court! I end up cancelling my credit card because of them . I submited my credit cards details to but £5 phone card, the company withdraw £ 98 !! when I spoke to their live chat, she/he refused to give me any details about their company, not even a phone number. and guess what ? the number of minutes I should get from this card was 198 , I ended up with only 17 . Yes 17 , then I got this message saying there is no enough fund to continue this call !

I would not recommend anyone to buy any calling cards from the Digi Calling Cards site. You actually get less for your minutes and sometime the access number does not work. Contacting their helpline does not work, speaking to them does not work. Just think how many millions they are making from people. Digi Calling Cards www.digicallingcards.com actually get to make calls worth less than what they say and that is if the access numbers are working. I made a 23minute call using the card but a £23 bill for the same call came up on my land line phone bill.
I bought 6 of these Max Tel cards and they turned out to be a total disaster.
