    Bad Points: Billing


    General comments: I live in New Zealand and was looking for a particular video which google directed me to File Access Plus and a lifetime membership was $4.95. Not reading the fine print I went for it. My card gets charged in euros (I was expecting usd) but that was okay, but 3 days later I see a charge for $39.95 nzd (again charged in euros) straight away I went and had a look at fineprint of the charge page. $7.95nzd and then $39.95. cancelled the service straight away as to not get any future charges, emailed their support centre requesting a refund. They say I should have asked for one before cancelling the service and there was a 3 day trial and I should have cancelled within that time to prevent being charged the monthly charge.
