    the model is very dangerous continious rotation of brush even when in upright postion when using hose and crevice tool causing damage to carpet
    also wire or childs fingers can get damaged very dangerous machine with no
    written hazards about this

    could not push it was so heavy the suction glued it to the carpet.tried it on new vinyl flooring and it gauged lumps out of it. vax have tested this machine and say it is working perfectly !I am speechless.

    vax replaced vacuum after one year as brush bar fitting broken because of constant repairing, after second use of new vacuum....the belt fell off.

    The old Dyson (although badly made & did not have anything like the suction power) we had before this VAX VZL-401 was easier to manhandle/use. This is very very heavy and the foot switch which turns it on or off is at a weird place which is hard to get to.
