Good Points: Cleans very dirty and muddy tiled floors quickly and leaves them almost dry. The small round brush concentrates the steam and cleans grout to pristine condition.

Bad Points: You need a lot of cloths if your floor is dirty, because they need changing constantly. The small round brush looks as though it will need replacing fairly often if used frequently, and I haven't been able to find a supplier to buy any from - even those offering Domotec accessories don't have any.

General comments: I have only just bought this Domotec Steam Cleaner DSC00014, but I love it already! I have two very muddy dogs and my new limestone coloured porcelain floor tiles were suffering - particularly the grouting. The steam cleaner restored the floor to its original appearance, including the grout, very quickly and easily. It's great that you can top-up the water throughout without having to wait for the boiler to cool down (which with a previous machine I had could take up to 20 minutes). The cloths need changing frequently, so you do need a lot of them - but you don't have to use the Domotec ones; they are only standard micro-fibre cloths and you can use any others as long as they are big enough to wrap round the sides of the brush and go under the clips. You do need to use the little round brush to scrub the grout once you have cleaned the mud off the floor, but it is very easy to do. The only problem is that it looks as though the little brush will need to be replaced regularly and I can't at the moment find a supply. I would have given this cleaner a 10 star rating if not for this small issue.
