    Good Points: Easy to install, attractive design, easy to configure, easy to upgrade, does both load balancing and bonding, stable device which rarely crashes or has issues, moderate price point, works with existing firewall.


    Bad Points: Quite large, UK office hours only tech support, no QoS, Has issues with VoIP data.


    General comments: Overall Im really happy with the UBM 400, its very easy to install and setup and has some powerful traffic management functions. Im especially happy with the VPN bonding capabilities which have improved my data transfer speeds and reduced the amount of support calls i get due to 'the internet being down/slow' etc.
