    I am also left devastated by Jennifer Miller Natural Portraits. I paid $450 to have portraits of my 1 and 3 year old taken on the beach in Key West. After months of calls and emails and the runaround, I never received anything. Fortunately I paid with my American Express and was able to get my money back. But, my son now has a mouth full of teeth and is walking. I will never be able to relive that time of his life.

    Our wedding was in December 07 and the devastating fire was in October 07. My question is, at what point were the apparent excuses going to stop? I really would like to know where my money is.

    Our story is similar to others, but I take little solace in the fact others had to suffer through the agony of waiting for nothing in return.     We paid $1250 up front. Jennifer Miller apparently finished early. I never heard from them again. They said to allow 4 months due to her fire. I started emailing and phoning right around this time. I have never gotten a response yet. I am absolutely devastated. The phone line seems to have since been disconnected. There is nothing more for us to do. We fear we are just out of $1250 and will never see our most important day through photos.

    3 months later have gotten no answer to phone calls or emails yet. Have not yet received any pictures. Feel like we have been taken advantage of.

    My heart is broken for my daughter and son-in-law who hired Jennifer Miller Natural Portraits to do their wedding in Key West, June 2007.

    Jennifer Miller Natural Portraits were paid a lot of money in full before the wedding date and as mentioned in a previous complaint, appeared very professional on the phone and have a beautiful web site displaying some work.     We just found out today that won't be getting the pictures we paid for. I just hope that some of our pictures will be usable and that we will one day get back some of the money we paid. I'm really hurt by this whole situation. We're still in shock that this has happened. Truly a nightmare.

    My husband and I are just so sad after using Jennifer Miller Natural Portraits In Paradise. It took 6 months and they said they had no money to do our photos. Even though we paid them in full a month before the wedding and a lot of money. We had to pay more money to get the prints from the photo lab that they dropped them off at.
