    There were 2 instances that started my worse restaurant experience EVER!
    When one memebre of our party complained that the dish that was served was not what was ordered, the waited tols us that there was an error on the menu and that this was it. By this time, everyone elses food had already arrived so she accepted the dish.
    Whilst eating after a friend dropped her knife for the third time, we commented to the waiter that the the cutlery seemed a bit heavy esp with lack of room on the table. One member of staff happened to be passing by and she made a comment some of our group found quite unfair! We were all left opened mouthed by this comment! ...we didn't even get a replacement knife!
    The whole party was stunned and stopped eating. So as not to make a scene, we invited the staff member to sit down with us so that we could explain our dissatisfaction and to ask for an apology. She declined. That was when we decided enough was enough and we walked out! To say that some staff need to learn something about customer service is putting it mildly! We live locally in Shrivenham but will NEVER go there again.
