    Good Points: Staff are brilliant, area is beautiful, cabins are warm, clean and comfortable. A very well thought out site and very safe for children.No mobile phone signal, definately a plus point!


    Bad Points: A couple of extra pillows would be nice, though I am sure if I had asked at reception then they would have been happy to supply them. No complaints at all!


    General comments: We have just returned from a long weekend at Keldy and have had a fantastic time. The staff were brilliant, friendly and very helpful. The cabin was spotless and the site was very well maintained. If you are looking for somewhere lively and bustling go to Centre Parcs, if you want a really chilled, quiet and relaxing holiday then this is the place. We will be going back!

    we enjoyed our Keldy Forest VIP Cabins holiday although we found the staff weren't the most helpful or friendliest. We took the badger trail although never saw the badger hide, so was pointless. I would recommend more sign posts and to pay extra for the hot tub.
    Our electricity metre ran out in the middle of the night which also was dissapointing. Also the door lock may be confusing for children, the upstairs room was very warm in the night, and there was no bin in the bathroom. However everythi ...

    This is a nice place to stay if you have kids or are sharing with others not a place to go for a romantic break, but having said that we are going back to stay in the 2 person romantic cottage. Hope to send my next review as 10 out of 10, will rate this again late December or early Jan...

    Keldy Forest VIP Cabin, very clean and luxurious - exactly as described, friendly staff, excellent relaxing location. Worth the extra for the hot tub as its always on and ready to use. A very secluded location, no mobile phone coverage, but a payphone is located on site.
