    Good Points: Really easy to use, when I did have a query the customer service was excellent.


    Bad Points: None, so far the product has done what it should.


    General comments: I really shopped around when I was buying my water softener and I found East Midlands water company to be the best in terms of helping me understand what the water softener would do and what I could expect from it, it is important to me that I know that I can talk to a real person if I need to and not just be expected to keep going back to the website.
