    Good Points: Food and the cleanliness of the ship was excellent


    Bad Points: Embarkation. 2000 passengers all trying to board at the same time after having us wait from 11am until 6pm in Venice. If you like violins and classical music then this is the cruise for you. The entertainment was very poor.


    General comments: If you didn't want to eat at your sitting time there was no food available else where after 6pm. Entertainment extremely poor.
    The tips were expensive and compulsory. In my opinion the waiters on top deck were unhelpful and lazy.
    The good points were the cleanliness, the ports of call and the food in the main restaurants.
