    Run as fast as your legs will carry you from this company! Over the past 4 years they have been totally useless they only time they will bother to contact you is when they want payment for a non existent management service. Myself and other Leaseholders are now taking legal action against CEM to have them removed.

    ONE STAR IS FAR TO GOOD FOR THIS COMPANY!!

    It seems a shame that as a tenant I have no direct ability to suggest County Estate Management be removed from their responsibilities. Customer service is non-existent, it took 4 voicemails over a period of weeks to receive a call back regarding a problem which affected not only mine, but all flats in the building. Slack.

    I agree with the previous comments. After 3 letters and emails I have had no replies to my queries. No accounts only estimates.

    This company is shambolic. County Estates Management do not 'manage' properties at all. They simply take the fee and add it to their portfolio. Customer service is non existent and they are not professional in any way. We have taken the responsibility away from them of managing our estate and they don't seem to care either!

    Don't use County Estates Management. They should not be allowed to offer their services as a property management company, as they are not capable of doing the job.

    I would advise anyone thinking of buying a leasehold property to instantly reject any that are managed by County Estate.
    They are without doubt the worst managing agents I have ever come across. They do not respond to emails or letters and calling them directly gets you nowhere either but they happily send demands for service charges you don't receive.

    Since County Estates Management took over looking after our site in sheffield things have gone downhill, nothing seems to get done without residents having to call and e mail more than once. I have never had a call back whenever I have been promised one and had no response to e mails. I have not seen any accounts for the site at all and the maintenance of the comunal areas needs to improve. I would not recommend anyone use this company.
