    Good Points: Fantastic pools, immaculate grounds, rooms cleaned to high standard, very good food


    Bad Points: Being shipped off to the annexe down the road upon arrival, queues to get into dinner at night, rude staff on the whole, very poor entertainment in my opinion.


    General comments: On the whole we enjoyed a really lovely holiday, the hotel is very impressive to look at and well kept. The rooms are very adequate and cleaned to a high standard. The food is plentiful and varied - perhaps a little too much fish on display!
    The main pool is huge and very impressive, the kids pools is excellent with water shoots and a pirate ship. The entertainment is disappointing to put it mildly. A lot of the staff seem to adopt a very surly attitude, especially the receiption and bar staff.
