    They are the worst insurance company anyone can ever insure their car with. At the start, they put on a good act and make you think they are the ebst people on planet earth. DON'T BE DECEIVED!!!! I was lured by a gentleman into joining them when I was looking around for quotes and until I had to call them to let them know that I sold off my car and needed to cancel my policy, I didn't know who I was dealing with. But now I KNOW........I WAS DEALING WITH A MONEY SUCKING COMPANY...THEY SUCK MONEY OUT OF YOU WHEN YOU CANCEL THE POLICY THAT COMPENSATES FOR THE LOW QUOTE THEY GAVE YOU AT THE START.

    When you are on phone with them and the very start, they read to you all these terms and conditions so fast and not even mention others and ask if you are happy to go with them. After which they send you all these document and when you read through them and want to cancel the policy, you are fased with a huge charge again for cancellation after they have sent you all these document. BEWARE OF THE SMALL PRINTS AND I WILL ADVISE PEOPLE, THERE ARE LOADS OF INSURANCE COMPANIES OUT THERE, PELASE AVOID THIS ONE. IT'S THE WORST NIGHTMARE YOU CAN EVER HAVE IN YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!

    I spoke to a very rude guy....note sure if rude should even be the word to use.....if there's a word worse then rude, that's what describes this guy's behaviour on phone to me earlier on. I don't know if FSA can look into this becase I truly fell it is ufair on us customers who trust such companioes to be very professional and end us disapppoiting us and makinf our lives difficult in te long run.

    Beware the small print from A Quote Car Insurance......if there`s any chance of change in vehicle during policy term then don`t touch this company with a barge pole.Due to a variety of charges and stings it will cost you the customer big time to enact this change.Staff very unhelpful -they hide behind terms and conditions.Probably best avoided! Good cheap quotes for car insurance with heavy hidden charges and rude staff.
