    MCE stands for massive clerical errors, this company is incapable of getting anything right!! Read there terms and conditions about charges before insuring with them, don't expect the guy on the other end of the line to do anything he promises, put everything in writing and send it recorded, or they will claim they haven't received it,

    The best way to describe this company is con merchants!!

    I had a MCE policy on my original 125 which I canceled by phone and when I got my first big bike. They never canceled it and continued to charge me. I noticed three months later and tried to cancel it again but was told by this point it would cost me more than I would save given the cancellation fee.     MCE Bike Insurance. They are useless, i have been waiting 2 weeks for a cover note (to be emailed or posted) so i can tax my bike and every time i ring they tell me it is being processed, i have checked my email address and home address with them several times to check they have my correct details, so that is not the problem.
