Good Points: there are none apart frm insuring me in the first place
Bad Points: like the lad above i had my moped stolen december found a few days later fought it would be a quick claim but obviously nt had to wait 6 months customer service is also bad
General comments: KGM Motorcycle Insurance is rubbishh

KGM Motorcycle Insurance is an absolute terrible company one hand does not know what the other is doing.You cannot get a straight answer from anyone and they are not willing to help in any way.

My scooter was stolen on the 22nd of July. I reported it to KGM. The police found the scooter a couple of days later but it was heavily damaged. I updated KGM who said they'd send out somebody to assess the damage. I didn't hear from them in over 2 weeks so called on the 11th of August and was told they hadn't received the assessment report yet and they would chase it up.
Another week or so went by and I still hadn't heard from KGM so I emailed on the 21st and 23rd of August but received no repl ...

Had my scooter stolen on the 13th June 2008 and still havnt recieved payout as of 14th July 2008 even though the police found the bike 3 days after it was stolen. I also thought they were expensive, went with them as I went through a dealer but there are cheaper insurances out there.
