I have been paying £12.99 a month for a mobile phone insurance with Lloyds mobile phone insurance, lost my handset last year and got a replacement from them, which is refurbished stock, after few months phone has started giving a big headache by coming up with problem everyday, I have been trying calling Lloyds since last Friday to get this sorted, but couldn't get through to technical dept. sent in My I phone 5s for repair after water damaged, this was sent I the original supplied Apple box ,the repaired phone was returned in a black corrugated box, phone customer services to try and retrieve the box and got told that all packaging is discarded trash . “Brand new phone but different colour”

I claimed for my iPhone 6s after dropping in water. I had only had the phone for 5 months and it was completely immaculate. Although Lloyds replaced my phone with a brand new one using fast courier delivery, it was a silver one instead of the rose gold one that I sent to them. “Top service, quality repair & well pleased ”

Dropped iPhone and smashed front, and the back, it even stopped working after a while. Called the Barclays phone insurance group, LSG, and they provided a form via email immediately so I filled it in, paid the excess and received and acceptance email within 3 days. I sent the phone on a Monday and had it back on the Friday fully repaired, working and looking mint. Sent off my iphone 5c after it became water damaged, a week later received an email to say it was not repairable and that a replacement would be sought that i would receive in 3 working days. Dropped my iPhone in water, claimed through my lloyds bank phone insurance. Paid £100 excess, sent my phone off and then a week later I rang to check on the progress of my claim. Was told my handset had been repaired (not replaced) and was on its way back to me. Received it today and it's not even my phone, despite the enclosed paperwork stating that it is. Such a poor company dont know how they still in business. Sent my phone in 3 times, they could not fix it so they said i'll get a new phone next working day. Waited in all day no phone no nothing. I claimed for my iPhone 5C which had broken from water damage. I sent the phone off and all was fine as they were sending a replacement. The phone arrived around 10 days after making the claim and I was disappointed to find that my sim was not being recognised by the phone. Thinking my sim was the issue from the water damage, I went into EE to get a replacement. I got the sim activated no problem. “Avoid this company”

I have been banking with Lloyds TSB for over 10 years, been paying for Premium account £25 per month. Thought i'd use them when my daughter dropped her iphone 5s and smashed it. The screen is broken but also the chassis is bent so looked unlikely it would be 'repaired' once metal bends its almost impossible to fix it. Given all the bad reviews this has I nearly withdrew my claim as the impression is that you'd be better off giving your phone to a man in the street... However I dropped a phone I had got 30 hours before, on an insurance policy I'd activated 28 hours before attached to a bank account I'd had 48 hours. I was expecting a fight, but no they accepted my claim no bother fixed my phone in 4 days. This insurace company is the worst company ever people, I will not recommend at all. made a claim 13 days ago and still no answer . they are delaying it on purpose and i received a call from further investigation team , the guy said to me withdraw you claim form ...
