    After saving for over 10 years my policy has matured and I only got bsck £122.00 interest. I would have got more if I had put it in a normal bank account, I understand that the interest rates have dropped over the years but whats the point of taking out these policies if you hardly get any return. Do i want to start another policy? no way. I'll just open a savings account. I will not be using this company again

    No one knows of cares about the customer in this company. They have lost my documents and dont really care. Takes 5 days to answer anything. 2 days if you ask aquestion.

    Cashed my plan in after 10 years in an economic boom and got £500 less than i put in. I would have got twice as much just leaving it in a bank. When I rang Phoenix Life Insurance and complained, they said they would look into it. I got a letter the next day (must have spent about 5mins looking into it) saying they would not increase.

    When dealing with Phoenix Life Insurance i found my overall experience was great! the staff are extra friendly and are a great help, especially when i got my pension pack and did not understand any of it they helped me every step of the way and the money was sorted out within the time they quoted to me. i was baffled at first when my retirment pack was posted i feel i went into shock but after ringing the hepline and speaking to the advisor she reassured me that everything was ok and that actual ...

    Phoenix Life Insurance haven't provided information I need yet, difficult to find anyone who can answere questions about policy we have Cashing in endowment now.

    Phoenix Life Insurance were really good for us, at first. They paid out on a claim when they said they wouls. Unfortunately after that they cancellen the policy and are now refusing to pay the remaining money owed to us as stated in the policy.

    The most distressing part of the whole procedure was being given different figures as regarded payment of pension plan, then by the time it had been sorted out the figures had dropped by around £100.00. Now nearly the end of July and have been trying to get this finalised since beginning of June. Still not finalised - has cost a fortune in phone calls. I will look elsewhere.
