Been reading some comments here. I've gotta say the Bestway steel frame pool we have has been great! We have had it for 4 summers now and have taken it apart at the end of each summer. This year we have decided to try leaving it out for the winter. The only complaint I have about it is that the skimmer bracket is flimsy plastic and has broken over this summer. Also the screw on couplers for the water control valves on the outside of the pool cracked after the first year. I glued them back... (read more)

Has not had even 4 months of use and the seams were not heat sealed properly in places and are letting go and they wont even discount a new liner, buyer beware, buy a different brand , Bestway products are junk! (read more)
“worse pools ever made”

bought the rectangular pool within a month the seams were coming apart, company sent a new liner now it is worse than the first one. set it up on monday the seams were coming apart by thursday and this liner is tearing apart in the actual liner as well. cannot get any assistance from company, they will not return emails and you are on hold for hours on the phone. never will ever buy anything bestway again. $400 pool and can't even use it (read more)

Bought pool and within 1 month pool had stretch marks which led to holes. Manufacture sent me another liner for the steel frame pool. This new liner did the same thing. Had stretch marks in several place's and again which led to holes. The company won't send me a new pool or give me my money back.They carry defective pools. The company don't care about there customers but to take there money. Also you cant get parts other then through them on line. The parts are odd ball sizes which you... (read more)

Don't waste your time or your money! Not only are they junk they won't stand behind them. If you look at the box they say return to the manufacturer! I am out 308.67 plus 65.00 for a water hauler to bring water for it. Here we are at the end of June and I still have no pool. They keep saying they will send it, but I have givin up hope of getting anything. Oh yes they said they would upgrade it to a better pool, and I did get a liner! No pump, ladder or directions. “Bestway Pool a Big Headache”

A bought an 8ft round Bestway pool for my kids to enjoy in the back yard. Right out of the box, the pool had a defect. The inflatable rim around the top had a separation in the seam. It would not inflate. The distributor (Leslie Pools) could not service the pool, so I needed to call the manufacturer. I didn't hear back, so I called a few days later and spoke to a service representative who told me to email a picture of the damage and my receipt. This is where things started to turn... (read more)

I forgot to add to my review that this is our 2nd Bestway pool. We had the smaller one with the inflatable ring around the top. It was a really good pool, the kids just outgrew it. When I needed a new pool cover, they sent me one free of charge with free shipping very quickly. When I'm through with this pool, if I don't build an in-ground, I'll buy another Bestway. (read more)

My friend and I put this bestway steel pro fram pool up this afternoon. You have to have 2 people, but it was pretty simple. I watched the video and it showed everything. It's big enough for our kids to have pool parties. We were given this pool by our neighbor and he took really good care of it. I really love to do pool maintenence so it's simple: check your water in the morning, adjust as necessary and it's ready for swimming by afternoon. I really liked the pool cover as it was easy to... “We bought a 15'Bestway Steel Pro Frame pool last year....”

We bought a 15'Bestway Steel Pro Frame pool last year. The first time it took 2 of us about 45 mins to put up. Goes together quite easily. This spring it took me about half an hour on my own to put it up, it's easier once you've done it once !
Despite last summer's weather the kids went in it loads of times. Hopefully be a better summer this year.

Looks great but as being able to use it well forget it I hope to god no one else has same problem as us, we bought from ebay so getting in touch with company is impossible. Aftersales have sent another set of corners out but they are wrong I have sent videos of problem and photos and dimensions but still no luck. (read more)

We just set up our Bestway Steel Pro Frame Pool. Installation took longer, the man on the DVD says setup time should be 15-20 minutes, well don't listen to that - it took us about an hour (still listen to the rest, because theres important stuff on there!) Over all the item is good so far, I haven't been in it yet but I have an idea of what it should feel like anyway. (read more)

hi can u tell me how to get the remainder of water out this pool as ours stops emptying after the valve, so about 8 inches water still in it!!! do we have to empty rest with buckets?

What pool did you buy? I was looking at buying the Bestway Steel Pro Frame Above Ground Swimming Pool 6.7M. But after reading your review I am wondering if its worth it.
