On of the things that attracted me to this camera was it's compact size and speed from being off to at the ready. One of the best features it the amazing macro on it it really gets in there, the controls are reasonably intuitive, I quite like the finger joystick.

On the downside, one of my main gripes about this camera is the smooth processing the camera seems perform on the images, it seems like there is no way of turning this off. There other bad point is the auto focusing, it sometimes... (read more)

A good camera at a good price, (now replaced by the R10, but still available). While this camera is available it is probably not worth paying the extra for the R10, unless you would like a larger screen. (read more)
