Good Points: can choose which hospital you go to.
can shop around the private hospitals to get the best price
you keep any left over money if you go privately, or you keep all the money if you have the operation on the nhs
Bad Points: There is a shortfall with London private hospitals where they are expensive, regional ones are ok though.
General comments: Freedom Health Insurance give a cash payout when you claim is good so you can choose treatment on the NHS or you can go abraod if you want to. you can also choose which private hospital you get treated in.
