    Good Points: Very emotional story.

Bad Points: Silencing of some characters.

General comments: Zana Muhsen, Andrew Crofts, Sold: Story of Modern-day Slavery: This is a heart wrenching story of Zana and sister Nadia battling their way through a world where men are in control and women suffer. The Yemeni men control every aspect of their women's lives even to the extent that they can just sell them. Nadia and zana get sold by their father to one of the worst families in the yemen, and they are raped, hit and forced to give childbirth on horrific conditions. Zana struggles and is able to free herself but not her sister Nadia.
