DONT USE... We booked a limo (a pink one) over 3 mths ago for a friends hen do for the 12/09/09 ... on the night at 8.27pm we had a missed call from eay limo to say that our limo had broken down.. Mmmm was meant to be with use at 8.30 pm so you would think that it was just down the road, but no the limo had broken down miles away... When we questioned why it took so long to call us the man on the phone said but me agist the wall and shot him and its not down to him that the car had broken down ( not the answer that I was looking for.... I asked him what was he doing to get the problem sorted and after a few mins he told me that he would have a car with us by 9.15pm.. stress over I thought .. I thought wrong the limo turned up 2 hours late and was not the pink limo that I had booked. Since the night I have called and emailed nd sent letters and nobody will explain to me what happened and so money back as we had missed two hours... PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER OR THE UPSET .. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.. THE STAFF ARE RUDE AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER CARE... DONT USE DONT USE... AND I HAVE ONLY ADDED STARS COS YOU COULD NOT ADD THIS REVIEW WITHOUT THEM

1. I ordered a Hummer and we got something else from easy limos, not quite sure what it was but it was pretty old and knackered and missed the point.
2. It was meant to sit 18 people, we were 16 people and 1 person had to sit on the floor. There is no way 18 adults could have fitted in this thing.
3. The journey was well over an hour and although he was asked to pull into a garage on a number of increasingly desperate occasions the driver refused, even though there were plenty of opportunities. ...

A very disappointing company!
My EASY LIMOS Limo arrived 3 hours late!! The driver did not ring ahead to warn of the lateness, the driver number I was given beforehand did not work! My special day was completley messed up and very upsetting. When you ring this company to complain they are not interested and there apparently is no manager to speak to! A staff member was extremely unhelpful and rude on the telephone - they are only interested in your money.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Easy Limos - Terrible service, late, unapologetic and frankly the driving was dangerous. I ordered and paid for a Lincoln Tuxedo and a black party bus turned up, I was mortified.

My boyfriend arranged for myself and ten other friends to go to London for my birthday. The limo from EASY LIMOS Hanger Lane arrived one hour late, when we specifically asked if it could arrive on time as it meant that we were late for the club and had to pay an extra £7 each to get in. I had booked this limousine for me and my newly wedded wife, we had got married in Dunstable just 2 hours before the limo arrived.
