The Heavenly Man: The Remarkable True Story of Chinese Christian Brother Yun can help open the eyes of North American Christians to the work that God is doing in the Chinese house church. It is a challenge all believers to live a life trusting in God, seeking him with all that we are and trusting him in spite of any difficulties we face. Encouraging, great reminder of God's power and presence.

Awesome! I love his faith and it's in the present-age too. It shows that miracles that Brother Yun experienced can still happen now if we have the faith like him. What a miraculous book of the true story of our fellow brother in need. How would we respond in situations that he faced? This is a book every Christian in ministry and every person in general needs to read!- Read Guest's review (69 words)

One of the most remarkable books I've read. Like the Acts of the Apostles in modern day china. What a mighty God we serve! Everybody should read this.- Read Guest's review (29 words)

Brother Yun,Paul Hattaway, The Heavenly Man: The Remarkable True Story of Chinese Christian Brother Yun focuses on the core meaning and purpose of the faith. It's simplistic and reality. What stood out most next to the importance of HIS Word and the Living relationship, was the refinement and love that has come out of persecution. For many of us, trials and persecution would tend to harden our hearts, but in this biography, Jesus has become richer, more personal and empowering.

Brother Yun Paul Hattaway The Heavenly Man: The Remarkable True Story of Chinese Christian Brother Yun. Amazing book, it is a true story of how god took a young, half staved boy in a poor village and used him to preach the gospel. He painfully suffered persecution for his faith. The book asks you a very serious question - how far would you go for your faith? It does thoroughly challenge you!
Have a read, you will not be disappointed.- Read littlemissdrunk's review (79 words)
