My Westjet flight landed early on a Saturday morning in Toronto. Picked up my Dodge van and found the brakes were seized on, right rear wheel. I could get assistance, i.e. a tow to the nearest Chrysler dealer. Unfortunately they wouldn't be open until Tuesday morning long weekend)and I was traveling home to Sudbury. The roadside assistance would not provide assistance to the nearest open garage (MIDAS). I paid for the tow out of my own pocket and was on the road by noon. Chrysler roadside assistance, thanks but no thanks!

I was unfortunate enough to have a breakdown in my Chrysler 300c today. The car's engine cut out and dashboard lights flashed making me fell that this would be a serious issue. I used have used the Chrysler Roadside Assistance service 3 times now and on every occasion have found them the same as other recovery services, yes on 1 occasion I did have to wait sometime but this was understandable as it was during the snow but I was at home and they did offer to send a local recovery truck out if I needed to get somewhere quicker. The guy that has come out to me has been extremely helpful and courteous.

I have unfortunately bought a car with mandatory Chrysler roadside assist or should I say none assist! Unfortunately in buying a new Chrysler/jeep which has broken down I have got Chrysler privilege roadside assistance which is not worth the papers it's written on.
They left me waiting on my own for hours and take forever to answer the phone. No other company could get away with this shocking service but if you are desperate what else can you do!?
The ETA is bad. I had to wait ages to get though ...
