    You want get the tech support that you can get from Dell, Toshiba will not furnish the operating system disc if you request one, the system locks up a couple of times a month and the only way to shut it down is to power down using the power button, they have no online chat suppot, all in all, stay away from this product. L305D-S5928

    The USB plug is on the right, just about where you need to have room for the mouse if you are right-handed.The screen has a glossy finish which causes reflections under some conditions.The touchpad is somewhat oversensitive to the point where it is a bit of a pain, I don't use itso that is OKThe usual software is installed, Vista "Restore" CD that only allows a complete re-image.
    A likable laptop computer with a few issues that aren't very important to me. Would I buy it again? Yes ...
