    Good Points: Beautiful design. Full control over process. Makes great espresso and foams milk well. Fairly easy to clean and not too messy. Almost no cheap plastic parts.


    Bad Points: You will need to spend some time experimenting and learning how to control the machine.


    General comments: The Professional Espresso machine from La Pavoni is a dual frothing cappuccino system. Steam pressure, piston operated. Mounted pressure gauge. Internal thermostat to control pressure. Makes one or two cups at a time. Separate capuccino spout and controls. One of the best home machines available today at any price, takes a little time to master, however the art of making great espresso is just that- an art.
