    Good Points: Lovely staff, smiling faces, good attention dedicated professionals, authentic treatments.


    Bad Points: Simple, no luxury


    General comments: Excellent Ayurvedic relaxation, rejuvenation and detoxification therapies. The atmosphere at ANHC is wonderful the patient does not feel any stress, hassling or hurry which might be behind the good organization. The whole staff was always authentic, helpful and friendly. Doctors and therapist took very well care. Considering my health situation in such way to give the desired best results. To follow the diet plan was sometimes hard when I saw and smelled that lovely Indian food in the dining hall on top of the roof. Starting with pranayama and yoga in the morning gave a good start in the day and after 3-4 days it was wonderful to notice the effects of exercise in the body.
    The massages and the other treatments had been not only relaxing but also very effective for the health situation. When I am more learning I only can say that I enjoyed the stay very much and my health improved. I feel the recovering physically and physically in the whole body.

    I have enjoyed my stay at ANHC which is located in North Goa Chogm Road Saligao. I am restored, energized, motivated and positive about future developments in what have been very debilitating chronic health problems. The food has been marvellous and inspired me to try to follow the ideas at home.
