booked with eShores for our annual family holiday to Dubai over october half term. My consultant at eShores was friendly and although i have been to Dubai before offered any extra advice to me, we usually stay at the Westin or Hilton Jumeirah as they are good value for money however my consultant informed me that the Atlantis was on a special offer which were ecstatic about as it is the ultimate family holiday. The holiday plans went smoothly and we have arranged our April half term holiday with eShores who once again offered a fantastic price and service.

I normally use main stream agents for my holiday bookings but was prompted to use e-shores after recommendation by a friend. I was put off by the web site advertising luxury tailor made holidays when I wanted a family villa holiday.
I need not have worried.
My agent was most impressive going out of his way to find out exactly what we wanted and then sourcing a holiday at a price we were unable to match elsewhere. Customer service was second to none- every minor deatail was sorted and I was rung ...

We found eShores on the internet as someone I'd been chatting to in a forum recommended them.

They were great - I enquired on their website and they were a little slow in responding however once they contacted me I got my own travel consultant who was great and always got back to me straight away. He helped me pick a hotel in Mauritius, I'd never been, so his advice was really appreciated, he knew so much more than the other companies I spoke to and seemed like he wanted to help rather than pus ...

The girl I spoke to was really pleasant and helped me find something that the whole family were pleased with... not an easy task if you know my family. She took her time and I wasn't rushed in to anything, even after we'd booked nothing was too much trouble. Holiday went smoothly and we all had a great time. Will be definitely travelling with them in the future and would recommend to anyone.

I generally have a few whinges but everything was perfect. They helped us pick the most suitable holiday and believe me we aren't the easiest family to please. Everything was so professional, it was like a friend looking after us and honestly they are such a nice group of people and that was all before we went away. Well the holiday was faultless, everything was just how I hoped it would be and better.... thanks everyone at eShores.. probably our best holiday to date.
