Have not received my order, it's a child's size Dr Who dressing gown. I Searched both my email accounts for any communication of truffle shuffle, but the only one received was an advertising one. I rang truffle shuffle and the member of staff said because there was two different email address they didn't know which one to send it to so they could inform me the item was out of stock. I asked if this was the case how was I getting advertising emails. The member of staff did check when the item would be delivered to them and she asked me if I would like to put a holding order on the item or have a refund. I said I would like the item pre ordered for me. She said if I do not receive an email by the 24th to contact them again. I have given two stars as the lady on the phone was helpful and found a way to deal with the problem. It would of been helpful to let me no the item was out of stock at time of ordering.

I had purchased a tshirt only to find it had been debited twice due to a double click error. I had been promised a credit within a few days but still nothing. Now 2weeks since purchase and still chssing.

not sure if this website is a scam or if it was a genuine mistake, but my item didn't arrive. the price was good, and the customer service reply was good but unfortunately my item was a xmas gift and I doubt the replacement sent will arrive in time so that's obviously very disappointing and I have had no offer of a refund or compensation or anything or even an estimated time of delivery.

Many thanks for your recent review and apologies for the delay in receiving your first parcel from us. I have looked into your order details for you and can see that we have arranged for a replacement necklace to be sent to you straight away for delivery tomorrow to ensure it arrives in time for Christmas.
Hopefully our other 5 star reviews are a reflection of our products and service and enough to reassure you that we are most definitely not a scam website.
Apologies again that your original parcel was not delivered by Royal Mail as expected, we have taken this up with them for further investigation.
