I purchased my T5 from Hanson aproximately 5 months ago and was very impressed with the level of after sales service as well as the warranty which includes free servicing for the life of the instrument! A left hand Eflat/Aflat key is included to aid awkward fingering problems. Silver plated and special contoured keywork is standard as is the domed pisoni leather pads. The tone and tuning is spot on for me. Accesories include choice of Vandoren mouthpiece, reeds, BG ligature, etc, etc. My clarinet is aged grenadilla but they also come in reinforced grenadilla or rosewood. All this for under £1000, compared to Buffet, Leblanc, Selmer, Yamaha and others retailing for at least £1800 for similar or less quality and features. There is even a T6 model that I am already drooling over and fancy trading up to.
