Extremely good value for money and if set up professionally are as good as most pro Bass and better than quite a few, Original factory set up was not very good so I would recommend a pro set up. The Body is very solid and heavy being made out of Bubinga so would suit a more mature player rather than a beginner due to weight, also the neck is extra long scale so again more suited to an older youth or adult.
