The bid process was straightforward and seem less. The dealer was excellent. The were always available by phone and answered any question quickly. Delivery was on time and the service first class. I didn't expect the driver to ask for a bucket of water so he could clean the car so that when he left the car it was in pristine condition. The car is everything I hoped for. Autoebid are like Ronseal 'do exactly what's on the tin'. I must say i had my doubts about the pre-payment system but i shouldn't have worried. Every part of the auction went like clockwork and i saved over £5000 on my car. If you are looking for a new car please please please look at this website. The dealer i purchased from couldn't do too much, every question was answered quickly and to satisfaction. I will definitely use this website next time i buy a car. (read more)

A bit sceptical at first especially as it was such a large purchase however now I have done it I would not buy a car any other way. I saved £8,000 off what the dealer could offer direct and the process has been seamless. Have used this service twice so far and it is even better than the sales pitch. Both cars were bought at HUGE discounts a Zafira SRi with over £5k off list and an Altea Reference Sport with nearly £3k. Both brand new, first registered and both supplied by main dealers. Substantially cheaper than any of the nearly new car supermarkets and the experience exactly the same as if you bought direct. The Zafira was even delivered free of charge... Seriously, it works. I say, go ahead and do it.
I did have a problem one time with a dealer who couldn't get me the car I wanted (outside autoebid control)....
Auto ebid effectively waived their fee.
It's not the usual way to buy a car (but the savings are great). !
