    We had a holiday in Egypt at the resort of hurgada, when we arrived at the terminal in Egypt the 1st person we saw was a rep from Viator with a board with our name on it, when we made ourselves known to him he promptly ushered us through the red tape and escorted us to our transport which was a fairly new taxi, on our journey to the hotel the rep was quite chatty telling us about various sights to visit. Upon arrival at our hotel we thanked him and offered him a tip to which he declined and said if we wanted to we could tip the driver which we did. Our return journey was just as good, and I can only say this is the second time we have used Viator the 1st being in Singapore on our through journey to New Zealand this involved a total of 4 transfers 2 each way and again all the taxis were very good and prompt. This was a very proffesional outfit and we would not hesitate to use them again.

    Our plane from Rome to Dubai was more than 2 hrs late yet the representative from Viatour was there to greet us at 2am - fantastic service and efficiency. I will definitely use Viator for future airport transfers.

    Booked airport transfer from Lisbon airport. Nobody was at the airport as promised. Tried desperately to phone numbers given on voucher. Nobody was available at the other end. Had to make my own way to the hotel. Contacted Viator, who said they would investigate, but till date have not come back with a refund. Very arrogant and uncourteous on phone. I would never use Viator again. They are more hassle than anything else.
