Ive bought my CB drum kit about year and a half ago... and since than I have replaced original cymbals with paiste (hats and ride- crash) also got myself pearl double kick pedals and it sounds incredibly good. I would DEFINITELY recommend CB drums to anyone who wants to learn and even perform (in small scale). Although silencer pads are very much needed as this kit is not a toy.. ;) its pretty loud ;) and its worth the money!

So...I'm not a beginner. I've been playing drums since 1990. I've already had so many kinds of pro. drum kits but I chose CB 1 year ago coz I got to like it. It made from 9 ply Philippine Mahogany just like Gretsch Catalina club rock. I changed CB drumheads to Evans G2 and it opened up a whole world of tuning possibilities...and I also changed bass drum hoops to wood hoops. Now I have a very good and nice kit. If you know how to tune the drums and how to play drums then you can have a good kit and don't have to spend a lot of money. Why did I choose CB ? coz I got to like the sound of Mahogany and I don't care about fashionable drum names. If I know well the newest CB sp series made from another kind of wood, maybe basswood...but I'm not sure. That is perfect as well coz I have a 10" rack tom and its sound is good. My ex-drum tutor tried it out in a studio and he said "that is a perfect tom I didn't wanna believe it". So...CB is a good stuff.

I use to play Pearl Drums with my band, But I recently bought a CB Drum set because I don't want to rent a drums just to practice, at first i don't really expect too much with this drums but when i start playing it I"m really impressed the sound quality is very good, my money is worth spending for this Drum set,and I'm planning to add more stuff on it..."Good quality, Less money." That's the bottom line!

Fantastic Drumkit from CB. Looks greats and is available in red or black.
I found that the hardware is very sturdy and all fittings are good quality. Comes wirh Remo Drumheads which make the drums stand out sound wise, from its rivals. Great for any beginnner. Also it comes in 2 sizes Rock and Fusion. Fusion sizes are great for kids as the toms can sit lower above the bass drum.
e purchased ours from www.slavetothebeat.co.uk. FREE Next Day P&P. Great phone support and a set up video. What more do you need ? 10/10
