It is a capable product, but the usability is lacking and the help features not being that complete.
Once you get used to the quirks (which does takes some time and experimentation) you will be able to quickly create your designs.

ArtiCAD Pro v14 is the worst software ever they have to many bugs which you have to call about and get a patch for. They make you sign up for the support for the year but they are not helpful, they are rude and don't call back in time.
When you sign up for the software the sales men pitch it to you as if you are getting a great deal but the contract states otherwise
They are the worst company that I have every dealt with and would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!!!!!!! (read more)

This ArtiCAD Pro v14 software is very easy to use. The Graphics are better than anything else I have seen. There are lots of free graphics avaiable from their website too. I like the way that certain items such as countertop, crown mouldings cornices can all be added automatically without any fuss. It is also very easy to make changes and and provide alternate designs. The latest version of the program 16 is about to be released and is compatible with Windows 7. (read more)

My partner also uses ArtiCAD's bathroom software (Bathcad?) He says it is very good and he can hardly use a laptop! (read more)

Cheaper than other comparable software
Easy to use
Backwards compatibility (2020 was a pain when they switched versions... we had to redraw thousands of designs, which was a big reason for the switch. ... (read more)
