    Good Points: Robust design, particularly keys and joints.
    Excellent hard case withstands school knocks.
    Easy for first time players to produce a pleasant sound.
    Always several affordable second-hand on e-bay, etc.


    Bad Points: None noticed.


    General comments: An easy to play, robust instrument. The beginner will be able to produce a note very quickly from the head joint, but the tone is pleasant enough to satisfy well into the more advanced stages of playing.

    Our 2 children have enjoyed learning and playing the Buffet BC 6020 for over a year on a second hand model which has been a very good buy.
